WORKING WITH DISCOMFORT AND BOUNDARIES

In this second module of the EMBODIED WONDERMENT METHOD™, you will dive deeper into our main form of integration, 4 Invitations of Integration, and work directly with the difficult emotions that arise through the integration process. This main form of integration draws upon the practice of Maitri Five Wisdom Energies as the reference point.

Maitri Five Wisdom Energies practice was first developed for Westerners by Chögyam Trungpa, Rinpoche and is based on the principles of the five buddha families of Tibetan tantra. Anie Boudreau, the lead educator of this training has been trained in these principles through Naropa University and Karuna Training Certification programs. With this completion of certification, Anie has been given permission to share the wisdom of this practice.

Kind does not necessarily mean nice! Walking a kind path means gaining the capacity to work with difficult emotions and setting healthy boundaries.

Go deeper and explore the anatomy of kindness and what it means to be compassion-centered. Resource yourself around all the juicy stuff that comes up on the integration path like anger, jealousy, shame, toxic desire, and by-passing. The goal of module 2 is to become fully skilled in working with discomfort and turbulence and to approach challenging times with a genuine sense of awe and wonder.

MODULE DETAILS

You will work with the energies of boundaries and intimacy and how it relates to KINDNESS.

The ground of KINDNESS

  • Our group intention/ commitment will be to explore healthy relational boundaries and how it relates to KINDNESS.

  • When our aspiration is one of mutual healing, it must include intimacy. We are offering each other to each other.

  • For this intimacy to be skillful, we must hold deep reverence for strong healthy relational boundaries.

We will do this by

  • Intensifying the 4 Invitations of Integration;

  • Discussing and experiencing the 5 Wisdom Energies, including the directions and elements that influence our capacity for integration and healthy boundary setting; and

  • Developing an honest personal daily practice of integration.

Goals for this module

  • To expand our capacity to connect with our landscape of worthiness in an embodied way so that we may offer Loving Kindness to ourselves and others;

  • To expand our capacity to recognize and to work with the intermingling unseen energies that constantly influence our process of integration;

  • To build our intensity capacity for difficult emotions that arise in the process of integration such as anger, shame, possessiveness, jealousy and envy.

  • To cultivate a KIND daily practice that includes both the physical and sacred aspects of integration;

  • To inspire an embodied understanding of how the 4 Invitations of Integration relate to the preparation, journey, and integration of psychedelic therapy; and

  • To experience a space where everyone can have the opportunity to be their brilliant, unique, and badass selves—however that may manifest in every present moment you experience!

Here’s what past participants of KIND have to say

My life will never be the same now that I have begun training with The School of Reverence. This course is such a rainbow of knowledge that has impacted my way of being and relating to all life. I appreciate the traditional wisdom, nervous system education, racism education, compassion-centered teachings, and so much more. Anie is a deeply intuitive, heart-centered, and brilliant facilitator.

–Dayna. T

Anie is a master at holding space and making people feel seen. So much gratitude. What a super training with an amazing mentor, Anie Boudreau. Anie breaks down the barriers and creates an inclusive space for us to show up in and feel safe, heard, and appreciated. KIND opened me up to so many new ways of viewing my life—who I am, how I am, what moves me, and what blocks me from moving in and onward.

I LOVE the format, the check-ins, the content, and the ongoing homework that really allowed it all to come together. Our group became close and felt like a family and a support group too. I am excited to implement Anie's training in my coaching practice and in my life. Highly recommend working with Anie.
