Kind.
DIVERGENT Leadership Training Phase 2
WORKING WITH DISCOMFORT
In KIND, you will work directly with the DIFFICULT EMOTIONS that arise through the integration process. The goal of KIND is to become FULLY SKILLED in working with DISCOMFORT so that you can move through CHALLENGING TIMES with CURIOUSITY, AWE and WONDER.
What's really unique about Kind is that we'll draw upon the Buddha Family Mandala to see our difficult emotions from a less judgemental, and more compassionate, perspective.
Appropriation Accountability: The Buddha Family Mandala practice was first developed for Westerners by Chögyam Trungpa, Rinpoche and is based on the principles of the FIVE BUDDHA FAMILIES of Tibetan tantra. Anie Boudreau, the lead educator of this training has been trained in these principles through NAROPA UNIVERSITY and Karuna Training Certification programs. With this completion of certification, Anie has permission to share the WISDOM of this practice.

Lab: We will take some time to consider what difficult emotions and/or personal behaviours are keeping us stuck and directly apply the KIND teachings to them.
Part 2
Lecture: Introduction to the Cycle of Integration, the BUDDHA FAMILIES MANDALA, and our main practice for working with discomfort: the Inner Tea Date
Lab: We will explore a guided contemplative practice- Evoking the Energies. This practice is a playful way to experience the Buddha Families Mandala and resources it has to offer.

We'll be having "tea" with Buddha- the energy of the unknown.

We'll explore the challenging emotions connected to the "BEING CURIOUS" phase: SHAME, UNWORTHINESS, INFLATED PRIDE, GREED.
Lab: In this week's Inner Tea Date we'll be having "tea" with RATNA -the energy of EQUANIMITY- it's basically an energetic composter.

We'll also dive deeper into this phase's challenging emotions: POSSESSIVENESS and LONELINESS.
Lab: In this week's Inner Tea Date we'll be having "tea" with PADMA - the energy of LOVING KINDNESS.
-
Lecture: We'll be exploring and identifying what it means to take action in an HONEST way.
We'll also get into this phase's challenging emotions: ENVY, JEALOUSY and PARANOIA.
Lab: In this week's Inner Tea Date we'll be having "tea" with KARMA - the energy of HONEST ACTION.
Each of us will share our experience throughout KIND with the group. This is a chance for us to reflect and integrate our own experience with the wisdom of new perspectives.

“My life will never be the same now that I have begun training with The School of Reverence.
This course is such a rainbow of knowledge that has impacted my way of being and relating to all life. I appreciate the traditional wisdom, nervous system education, racism education, compassion-centered teachings, and so much more. Anie is a deeply intuitive, heart-centered, and brilliant facilitator.

“Anie is a master at holding space and making people feel seen.
So much gratitude. What a super training with an amazing mentor, Anie Boudreau. Anie breaks down the barriers and creates an inclusive space for us to show up in and feel safe, heard, and appreciated. KIND opened me up to so many new ways of viewing my life—who I am, how I am, what moves me, and what blocks me from moving in and onward.
I LOVE the format, the check-ins, the content, and the ongoing homework that really allowed it all to come together. Our group became close and felt like a family and a support group too. I am excited to implement Anie's training in my coaching practice and in my life. Highly recommend working with Anie.”
